Customer Success Manager

As Minute.ly grows, we’re looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager who loves technology and wants to change the video landscape with us.

As a member of our Customer Success team you will have a major impact on our success. You will manage a portfolio of our key customers on a daily basis and make sure they are reaching their business goals using Minute.ly’s products. You will also work with the Sales, Integration, Product, and R&D teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact of the client, from the moment the integration is complete
  • Manage ongoing client satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications as well as performance measurement
  • Leverage your product knowledge and experience to ensure clients receive the utmost value from Minute.ly products 
  • Identify and execute business opportunities based on data, client performance, and best practices
  • Lead meetings and projects

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager/equivalent role background in a SaaS or online media company
  • Team player, people lover, and fun to work with! 
  • Strong project management, meticulous attention to detail, and sharp analytical skills
  • Ability to explain complex situations in a simple way 
  • Tech-savvy
  • High proficiency in English
